Thanksgiving Retrospective

OK, I'll stop with the capitol letters and exclamation points now. I know it was a week ago, and everyone has moved on to Christmas, but it is still November, at least for 2 more days, so I'm going to revel in the Thanksgivingness of it all. In fact, I could go for a whole 'nother Thanksgiving meal right now. Turkey, cranberries, stuffing... bring it on! Luckily, my mom and I are planning a very Thanksgiving-ified Christmas dinner. I guess my pictures of that will be quite similar. I bet you can hardly wait!

Re-emergence

And like a phoenix, I rise once again from the ashes, yet it's true that my brain is actually smoldering this time. The months I spent studying paid off, however, and I am now... well, nothing different really, except one step closer to getting a PhD. Unfortunately, there are still several more steps (which means several more years) between me and that degree. But progress is progress, right? Now it's time to fall into a tryptophan-induced stupor... Happy Thanksgiving!
